In my opinion, light and flowy tops and dresses are better than tight options for ladies and a nice button down or good quality t-shirt and nice pants, linen pants, or light wash jeans are best for guys. Timeless > Trendy. I'd recommend avoiding busy patterns and colors like orange, red, and yellow. I love pastel shades of blue and green, neutrals and white! For group sessions, try not to clash with what others are wearing while also not matching to a T.
